Trans-Pecos Weather Modification Association

The Trans-Pecos Weather Modification Association started in 2002 and has been an active program since. The TPWMA is headquartered out of Barstow Texas and serves 3 full counties and portions of 2 others. In 2021, the TPWMA expanded into all of Pecos County and may continue to do so in 2022. The TPWMA contracts the meteorological servies to the WTWMA and has done so since 2013.
