
Trans-Pecos Weather Modification Association
The Trans-Pecos Weather Modification Association started in 2002 and has been an active program since. The TPWMA is headquartered out of Barstow Texas and serves 3 full counties and portions of 2 others. In 2021, the TPWMA expanded into all of Pecos County and continues to do so today. The TPWMA now contracts the servies to the Rainmaker Technology Corporation.

Seeding operations were conducted over Upton County (6G) and Pecos County (1H). Note that although seeding was conducted in southwestern Upton County, the main portion of the precipitating storm being seeded was located in far eastern Pecos County. 6 glaciogenic flares and 1 hygroscopic flare were burned within 2 clouds. This is the 2nd day for seeding in April and the 3rd day for seeding during the season.
