A Benefit-Cost Analysis of Texas Weather Modification Activities Resulting in an Additional One Inch of Rainfall Across a Region

Dr. Johnson of Texas A&M Stephenville provided a report on the Benefit-Cost Analysis of one inch of additonal rainfall aross a region on Agricultural Activities. This report shows, just in terms of Agricultural use, the TWMA programs, including the WTWMA, are highly beneficial.
